| Important features | A manually curated uterus specific database created using a novel meta-analysis approach that provides lists of transcribed and dormant genes for various normal, pathological (e.g., cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, endometriosis) and experimental (e.g., treatment, knockout) conditions. Each gene's expression status is indicated by a reliability score, derived based on the consensus across multiple samples and studies. The database provides basic information on each gene, and also allows performing functional analysis and sequence alignment. |
